Memorandum of Understanding between Noitel Italia and Lepida Spa to overcome digital-divide in emilia Romagna.
Lepida Spa and Noitel Italia announce the agreement in a press conference to be held on:

The collaboration between the two operators will allow to bring fast Internet via satellite in underserved areas providing just to local resident and business discounted conditions to access to the network through Tooway technology.
Satellite solution will allow to reach 2013 rural development targets in faster way with better results in terms of available bandwidth, lesser environmental impact and network infrastructures costs
