The main objective of Mira Telecom consists of providing technical services and solutions based on our client's needs, for complex integrated systems which comprise Telecom, IT and Security activities. The competences of Mira Telecom encapsulate command and control centers, decision support systems, data fusion, desktop and web applications development, database design and implementation, identity and access management, audio/video technologies, low-level and system programming.
With the increasing interest in safety and security, the increasing demand for security equipment led to the expansion of R & D department. Currently it runs several research projects, with a deadline for completion from 2013 to 2015.
Mira Telecom is also involved in a number of research projects, funded by the European Union trough the FP7 Programme, FI-PPP, CIP, Life+, Eureka, as well as through the national programmes. Research represents the company's priority for the next years. Recently the company has finalised its own research centre, with an investment of almost two million Euros out of European National funds.
